What makes my training unique?

Most coaches only see you once or twice a week. My hybrid model is different. It’s built on the understanding that speed is a daily habit. I reserve our face-to-face sessions for high impact technical refinement-when you need immediate, hands-on correction—and use the remote platform to ensure perfect consistency and tracking during you most crucial training days

The Hybrid Advantage: 3-4 IN-PERSON sessions per month (based on your location/availability)
When we meet in person, I ensure your technique and running mechanics are optimal so you will be able to maximize power and efficiency.

What happens remotely?

  • Custom 4-week Training Program (Delivered Google Doc/Sheet or PDF_

  • Frequent text/phone check-ins

  • Video submission for Feedback: You have the choice to send me clips of your sprints/drills for analytical feedback.

Who is this for? Any athlete that needs to improve their sprinting times or improve their lateral quickness, explosiveness and over athleticism but has a busy packed schedule.

Who am I?  My name is Joe Porter and after finishing up in the NFL, I turned my focus toward helping other athletes achieve their dreams.  I have coached NFL Draft picks, Collegiate All-Americans, all the way down to 8 year old kids.  As long as you are willing to work, we can make things happen together.

How does it work? When you purchase, we will set up a time for a Zoom meeting and discuss your goals, timeframe, and physical attributes and limitations.  I will then create a personal workout for you with visual examples as needed.  You will receive a PDF and a shared Google doc.  We will conduct weekly Zoom meetings and I will monitor your progress daily.
